Factory office fitout
Hennessy building projects were acquainted with Martin and Savage through word of mouth and were assigned to provide a 150 square metre office fit out. The existing mezzanine level with the 30 year old hardwood flooring and raw metal factory roof gave a challenge to re vamp the office to live up to there high reputation in the fabric business.
After insulating the roof and giving the area new air conditioning it was time to install a suspended set ceiling with fluorescent lighting and sound system. All walls were partitioned and plaster set which set of a modern look with the new aluminium doors and windows looking out onto the factory floor.
After the finishing touches of polishing the old floor boards and new stairs, installing skirtings, doors and notice boards this project was complete
